Bunny hugs

How is everyone doing in these troubled times?  We are doing our best to remain positive and following all the rules. It seems so ironic that the weather has been sunny all week but the furthest we can go is for a walk where we live or out for essential shopping. We needed some supplies yesterday so went to a small out of town M&S as we knew that would be quieter than the supermarkets. It was very quiet and we managed to get everything we needed.  That has been our only trip in the car this week.

With all this time at home we are so glad we have plenty of hobbies. I have felt much more motivated as the week has gone on and more like cardmaking. Yesterday morning I felt like doing some housework so the house is lovely and clean and then I had time in the craftroom. We did some line dancing practice to music on Wednesday afternoon. Goodness knows what anyone thought if they walked past! Mind you I have been surprised how few people are walking which is good when we go out for a walk, as we don't have many people to avoid.

So onto my card which featured Bunny hugs, something we are all missing I know, though not from a bunny! It is one of the new coloured simply prints from LOTV. The papers are Lemoncraft fresh Summer. I used a Doohickey heart fence, MFT stitched scalloped border and Sue Wilson sweetheart flower dies.

Stay home and stay safe everyone x

Lovely bright Eatser card Marianne...I'm finding it very hard at the moment as I am very vulnerable and can't even go walking so get a bit frustrated when my hubby goes for his stroll....Neighbours and family have been great at doing our shopping...manage to get a click & collect delivery on the 11th but who know's what we'll get!

take care

Anne

Interesting about the M&S, what I wouldn't give to get to a food hall right now, sadly lacking on the fruit and veg front now, but on a positive note managed to nab a Tesco stop for net Friday.

Pretty summery colours on your lovely card.

I love your card Marianne. The flowers are so cool how you do those! You chose such pretty papers...
I am so grateful that I have so many hobbies that I can do here while we are self isolating! Today I am getting into the craft room to make some cards for some ladies since we cannot meet up like we do every month and then I will mail them off to them...you know us cardmakers like any excuse to make a card!
I can just picture you and Graham practicing your line dancing...I am sure anyone walking past thought to themselves...man they are having fun!!!

Beautiful card, love the bunny and sweet chicks. We have only been out for shopping for us and my dad. House is spotless and like you spending quite a bit of time in the craft room. Take care.

Absolutely gorgeous Marianne, beautifully designed and coloured, such a sweet image too.
Would love to see you both line dancing😀, keep it up, good exercise too.
We've had hail showers today and it's much colder too, so I chose not to go for a walk, but still plenty to do indoors, keep safe Kate x
