Singing Sally - Digital Delights Guest Designer

I was very pleased  to be asked to be a guest designer for this week's challenge at Delightful Challenges. I chose Singing Sally to make my card, isn't she a cutie. She has been coloured with Copics. The paper is Papermania Ahoy There. I used the whole sheet by using the strips as embellishments. The sentiment was a mag freebie and I added some crimped Woodware punched stars.

Princess Shona

Last week I was asked to be a guest designer at Digital Delights and was able to choose an image and sentiment. I chose the lovely Princess Shona and this sentiment which reminds me of Disney as the staff there say that to the guests so this will be perfect for scrapbooking my hols. Papers are Paper Cellar Victorian Burgundy. Image is coloured with Promarkers with some Sakura clearstar pen added. I added a Sizzix cut swirl and some silver star buttons to match the stars in the sentiment.

I've a busy day ahead as I am on a free course today learning all about E-bay, voting and shopping tonight so will catch up with you all tomorrow when I'm at home.

Hubby's Birthday

Well what with Hubby's Birthday on Monday, my exciting news this week, see previous post, and posting my candy, see above, I have finally got round to posting hubby's Birthday card. Graham loves cars and thought Hooty in his car was great fun. He looks like he is flying across the page just like Harry Potter.

Of course, no flowers but I used my MS heart border punch and added some large hearts. The solid heart was a die cut from my stash and the punched heart was a sample from Tracy at Dies to Die For. She is tempting me again. I found some heart buttons which made a nice splash of colour in the corner. The ticket is from Alissa Designs.
