Basket of flowers

In my efforts to use more of those unused digis here is one which has been sitting on my laptop for quite some time yet she is so cute. I loved colouring her and tried some different colour combinations. My favourite colours often run out and yet I have some Copics which have hardly, if ever, been used so I am experimenting more.

Cute Friends

I was lucky enough to win some digis from Di's Digis and I couldn't resist this one. I am not entirely happy with this card, not the fault of the image at all. Still I can't love every card I make.

Had my best ever sales yesterday so am going to be really busy making more stock. One lady bought a card and then spotted my Making Cards article proudly displayed on my stall and said she thought she had recognised me from somewhere and it was from the magazine as she had bought it. Fame at last!

Christmas Teddy

It's my turn to host the challenge at Winter Wonderland and I have chosen Christmas Teddy. Now you may have noticed I do love teddies and I had a hard job deciding which one to choose. In the end I chose this cute bear which I won from Di's Digis some time ago. He has been coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers. As I printed him rather large and there is a lot of fur I though adding glitter to it would be too much. I'm not into too much glitter so I used a dotty method of hopefully giving some texture to the fur. The papers are Marianne Designs Merry Little Christmas and the flowers and leaves are Prima.

I hope you will come and play this week. Only 6 months to Christmas and Summer hasn't started yet! We are sponsored this week by Delicious Doodles. Teri has some fabulous new fairies in store which I have my eye on.

50 Years of Marriage

This is my second post today. Scroll down for today's sneak peek.
Saturday is a special day for some very dear friends of mine. They will have been married for 50 years and this is the card I made for them. They opened it today so I can share it with you. We had a lovely visit with them this afternoon and I had to take my cards round as Janet wanted some. She is my best customer and bought 17 cards, 2 tags and a doorhanger.

I have used a cute digi from Di's Digis which I won recently, coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers. The papers are from Hobbycraft and I have used DI Wild Honey. The lovely heart border at the bottom is from Crafty Sentiments and the heart was punched with a MS punch. Flowers are from Wild Orchid with Woodware punched leaves.
Challenges:

CES Flower frenzy

It's my hubby's Birthday tomorrow so I won't be blogging but I have scheduled a post.
