Good Luck Lynsey

I made this 5" square card to send to Lynsey to wish her good luck for her first half marathon last Sunday. She only started running a few months ago and has done incredibly well. I can't imagine walking that far all at once never mind run.

I really enjoyed trying out a cas style for this card.

Good Luck Cats

This is my second post today. Please scroll down for a cute Ellie card.

I am still beavering away to get ready for the weekend. Hope I get plenty of customers after all this cardmaking. Today's card was made using one of the LOTV die cuts. It's such a cute image but not a stamp I would buy as I wouldn't get enough use out of it. That's where the die cuts are so handy. I've used some more papers from my slowly decreasing odds and ends paper pile. I've used DI Black Soot, some ribbon and pearls from stash and a bow from a recent challenge win.

Good Luck Teddy

This is my third and final post for today. I used the lovely sketch with lots of layers at Create 4 Fun. The papers are Dovecraft Piece of Cake and Forever Friends Pink Parfait. I'm really into adding charms at the moment and sorting through a bag of mixed charms I was pleased to find this four leaf clover which matches the good luck theme. It's not easy to know what to put on a good luck card but I thought that Teddy Bea with her magic wand would be lucky. I also distressed some of the edges for this one, something I haven't done for ages.

I would also like to enter this into the following challenges:

Paper Sundaes Stripes
Cupcake Pink polka dots
Stamptacular You lucky duck (Good luck/congratulations)

The perfect opportunity to use the new paper packs I bought at the weekend. It is also my third card for Charisma Cards.. The third challenge is for The Pink Elephant Challenge 21 to use your favourite colour combination. Pink and brown is one of my fave combinations so this fits the challenge perfectly.
