A lovely new stamp from Stamposaurus to share today. I heat embossed it in gold and went for a really shbby chic look with torn papers, lace and burlap, crimped kraft stars and piece of crispy ribbon which I gathered up behind the image. Something a bit different today. Have you entered my blog candy in the post above?

Paper piecing
You may have seen the card I made before with this new stamp from Stamposaurus. I thought it would be perfect for paper piecing so I stamped it with green ink and then stamped it in black on some nice thick paper I found in my oddments, fussy cut and added to the stamped image and added some diecut Lawn Fawn stitched leaves. The paper is First Edition Sweet Nothings, sentiment is Craftwork Cards. I added some pale aqua lace and flowers.
What glorious weather we are having. I do love this time of year especially when we get lovely sunshine which means we have been busy pruning, weeding, planting and moving things in the garden.

Gingerbread
Another sample made for Stamposaurus using their new stamps. There is a gingerbread house and these cute gingerbread people. I found the Santoro frames in my odds and ends drawer and used pink Wink of Stella to tone down the yellow a bit and add some sparkle. The papers are MME Merry, almost the last of these now. I added some patterned burlap from The Range and remembered I had a cute gingerbread man die which came with a stocking die Lynsey bought me last Christmas from The Range.

Off to see my Mum today, do some jobs and go out for lunch. She wants some things moved like the sofa to clean behind them, voile curtains taken down and washed and put back up, lawn feed put down etc. Hope it stays dry so we can get them all done.

Feathers
Well my posts had been scheduled for my holiday and the last few days so it was nice to sit and schedule some more posts last night. We had a lovely time away in the Yorkshire Dales staying in Jayne's (Stamposaurus) cottage, Hillways. Since we came back it has been all go. I had a lovely time at the Sincerely Yours craft show on Sunday and bought some lovely new goodies and met up with some crafting friends. The we were selling at the hospital on Monday so yesterday was catching up on some housework and shopping.
So my card today is a sample made for Stamposaurus with another of Jayne's new stamps. I stamped the feather twice in purple and twice in turquoise and added some paper flowers, tiny heart brads I have had in my stash for years, a Stamposaurus sentiment and some pearls.

Paisley
Something a bit different from me today. The paisley stamp is one of the new stamps at Stamposaurus and as soon as I saw it I had the idea of heat embossing with it. I used Wow white embossing powder and DI Victorian Velvet. I embossed the card and diecut a rectangle out for use on another card.I raised the embossed card on foam pads and added a simple velvet bow and some pink glitter washi tape from Hobbycraft.

Poppies
Whenever I see poppy stamps I think of my blogging friend Brenda who loves them. This is another of the new stamps from Stamposaurus so if you see their stand at a craft show you may spot this card amongst the samples. I used Copics to colour and diecut using a Lawn Fawn stitched square die. The paper, raffia lace and sentiment have been in my stash for a long time as have the flowers. I really am trying to use some of those things I have had for years.
I would like to enter this into the anything goes challenge at Simon Says

Blossom
This is the second of the new flower stamps from Stamposaurus which has been coloured with Copics. I used a MFT cloud stencil and chalk for the sky. The papers are Bo Bunny Secret Garden. I just couldn't decided what embellishments to use for this one and played around with a few ideas. None of them looked right and I suddenly though butterflies so I added three pretty sparkly butterflies from Poundland and am very happy with the result as I didn't want to overembellish this large image.

Sunflower
Stamposaurus have a new range of stamps which will be available to buy at upcoming craft shows. I am delighted to be making samples for Jayne and this is the first one I am sharing with you. There are three flower stamps and a variety of other images. I have coloured the sunflower with Copics and decided to fussy cut it out as I wanted to put it into a flowerpot. That is when I realised just how many petals I had to cut round. The flowerpots are all Memory Box dies and the watering can is a Whimsy die. I added a punched heart to the pot and used clear Wink of Stella on the pot. I found the sentiment in my stash.

Ellie again
I went for a completely different colour combo for my Ellie card for Stamposaurus this time, and also a distressed look. I do love using Autumnal shades and seem to have rather a lot of paper pads in these tones. It is also my inspiration piece for Crafty Ribbons and the gorgeous ladybird ribbon goes so well with this colour combo. I added a cute wooden ladybird which I think came from Hobbycraft. I used an older Spellbinder labels set of dies and one of my most used die sets, Memory Box puffy clouds.

Fairies
This is another of the relaunched stamps from Stamposuarus. I coloured the fairies with Copics and framed them using a new MFT stitched scalloped circle frame die. The papers are First Edition Mulberry Kisses. I used 2 old MS border punches and added some seam binding, lace butterfly from the Works and a sentiment I found in my stash,

And another Ellie
I took my samples to Jayne on the Stamposaurus stand yesterday at Ally Pally, where we had a fabulous time. I have lots of lovely new goodies to use and some candy to give away soon. Not long to wait for these cute stamps to be relaunched due to popular demand. They were on sale at the show and will soon be on the website. Ellie has been coloured with Copics of course. I used the lovely pink papers from Craftwork Cards and again they look more lilac on my laptop, sigh. I added cheesecloth and some lovely pink lace from Crafty Ribbons. The flowers were cut with Joy dies and the butterflies are from Poundland.

More Ellie
I am sharing another of the samples I have been busy making for the relaunch of some Stamposaurus stamps later this month. I have two of these stamps as a little giveaway at the top of my blog. I have used some gorgeous pink papers from Craftwork Cards. As I type this on my laptop they are looking rather lilac but I can assure you they are defiintely pink. I have coloured Ellie with Copics and diecut him using a Lawn Fawn stitched circle die. I have used an old Memory Box dragonfly die and a Lawn Fawn puffy cloud die. The roses are from Wild Orchid.

Duck!
This is the last of my Stamposaurus samples for a few days using another of the soon to be relaunched stamps. After I coloured it with Copics I wasn't sure what to use with it. I found a few of my older products and it came together really quickly. I used a Cuttlebug swiss dots embossing folder and a Spellbinder curved border die. The heart circle is a Spellbinder die and I used one of my favourite dies with it, Lawn Fawn stitched circle. The bunting flags I found when having a sort of diecuts recently and the duck is part of a Frantic stamper baby icon die set. It was good to use some of my older dies and embossing folder for a change.
Check out my candy page.

Get well soon Ellie
I have another of my samples for Stamposaurus to share with you today and if you like this stamp there is a chance to win one in my post above. This stamp is of course suitable for so many occasions but I chose to make a get well soon card using a Stamposaurus sentiment. I made a CAS card for a change. Coloured with Copics of course, the paper is MME Happy Days (I love this pad and am using the last few pages now). I added 3 diecut butterflies using a Memory Box die and kraft card and made myself step away from the card before I added more 😉.

On the high seas
I am working on some samples for Stamposaurus using the soon to be relaunched stamps, back by popular demand. I coloured the cute pirate with Copics and used some Papermania ahoy there papers along with some lovely nautical ribbon from Crafty Ribbons. I just had a sort of of various packs of diecuts and remembered seeing a compass in a K&Co pack which was just what I needed. The anchor and sailor's knot are Joy dies and have been used many times. I also used a Lawn Fawn stitched circle die and some card candi.

On the move
I love this fun removal van image from Stamposaurus which has been coloured with Copics. As it is a large stamp you really don't need to add too much else to the card. The sold sign is from a separate set of moving stamps also from Stamposaurus. I just added some diecut bunting from LOTV Sunny Side up papers.

Let's ride
This is the last of three cards I made for Making Cards magazine using Stamposaurus stamps. This motorbike is such a great image and the sentiment comes with it. I stamped them in white on kraft and used the Dovecraft North Pole papers again which have all been distressed. I simply added some baker's twine to finish it off.

Vrooom
This is the second of three cards I made for Making Cards magazine last month featuring the fabulous transport stamps from Stamposaurus. I stamped the image and sentiment onto kraft card and just coloured the lightning flash. The paper is from Dovecraft and is from the North Pole pack. Lots of distressing with black soot DI and my TH distress tool. I love doodling with a fineliner pen and I added some TH mini gears.
