You Did It!

I usually only make graduation cards to order, which is why I made this 8" square card. I bought 2 digis from Tiddly Inks and as the recipient has curly hair this one was perfect for her. I asked the colour of her dress and gown so I could colour the digi to match her outfit.
Image - Tiddly Inks
Medium - Copics
Papers - Craftwork Cards
Dies - First Edition sentiments, La La Land heart banner
Other - raffia lace, ribbon, enamel stars and hearts

Graduation

I have scheduled both my posts this weekend as I am at craft fairs both days. I don't normally do two at a weekend but they are two regular ones which I didn't want to miss.

I have a really simple card today. I bought this graduation outfit years ago before I discovered stamping and thought it was time I used it. The paper is Papermania Ahoy There and I have used the offcuts as borders. I love doing that with striped paper. I found the sentiments in my stash. I made the scroll with a piece of rolled card and a Crafttime tassel. I bought two packs of these, 5 in a pack reduced from £1.99 a pack to 10p in Dunelm Mill. The tassel was much too long so gave it a chop and job done.

Graduation Girl

Yesterday I posted the Saturated Canary Graduation boy and today it is the girl's turn. I wasn't too sure what the twiddly bit at the right hand side was meant to be but it looks like some escaped hair so that is what I coloured it. If you know better please let me know. She has been coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers.  I wanted to giver her a completely different look to the boy's card so used a red, gold and green colour palette. The papers are Bo Bunny Timepiece. I found the sentiment in my stash, from Twiddleys. I used an MS border punch, red flowers from a local shop, roses and cherry blossom from Wild Orchid, with MS punched leaves. Finished of with Woodware and Fiskars star punches and the crimper.

Congratulations

This is another of the Saturated Canary images I bought last week. I also bought the girl graduating and you may see her tomorrow. He has been coloured with Promarkers. The papers are Prima Youth Collection and I have used DI Iced Spruce and my TH distressing tool. I remembered I had some star ribbon brads and used on with some vintage baker's twine. I wrote Congrats on a TH journal tag, added a paper clip, some punched and crimped stars and star buttons.

And here is another Congratulations, and that is to my candy winner.
It was very interesting reading the things you would like to win. Whilst many people like stamps and dies, which I expected, there were also a lot of people who like to win Promarkers and/or embellishments. Lots of you also said it is nice just to win something.
So here is the lucky winner
That's you, Debbie Glennie. E-mail me and I will get your package in the post to you.

Thanks to everyone who entered and welcome to my new followers. Look out for my next candy which will have a Christmas theme.
