Gorjuss Time

Of the three craft fairs last week, two were great, one was disappointing. In fact of the two good ones, one was my best ever fair. In total at the three fairs I sold 55 cards, some tags, notebooks etc and some craft stash.  My stock is rather depleted now so I shall be working to replenish that as I have four more fairs this month.

Here's something you don't see on my blog much, decoupage. It is popular with customers and as I needed to make some quicker cards last week to build up my stock again thought I would use this image I found already made up in my stash.

great card Marianne and so pleased you had such a good time at your fairs - I've always struggled - but I've not given up totally yet! Not done one for nearly a year now though but my village shops are happy to see my cards which is great!

Lovely card Marianne, I like the colours that are in the Gorjuss collections. I purchased these stamps and decoupage kits from The Range when they first came out but haven't used them yet, thanks for jogging my memory about them. Glad you had good sales this week and good luck for the coming month. I'm getting my wish list ready for the NEC.

I've completely gone off using "pre-made" images and such, since discovering stamping, but the Gorjuss girls are one exception. I am so in love with this entire range, and the decoupage pack is one of my go-tos for "needs to look special in a hurry".

Needless to say, I LOVE your card. For lack of a better word... Gorjuss! ;-) x

That's so awesome Marianne that your craft shows went so well. We don't have anything like that here. I really like this card. I love the rich colours of blues and burgundy. Very nice.

Hi Marianne, Glad you had 2 great fairs. My last one was so dissapointing and only took a quarter of what I took there last year. The weather was terrible and nobody came. At least I haven't had to make too much to replace stock. Love this card and makes me feel better to know that you also do 'stock' cards as I like to call them. Still like to make them pretty but without too many embellies. Hugs, Carol S.xx
