Thanks so much for all your lovely comments. I have an appointment at the hospital next Monday morning abut my back so hopefully I will know more after that.
When I ordered some goodies from Dies to Die For Tracy sent me a few diecuts with the order and the sentiment was one of them. I decided to use it for a simple card for a new baby. The backing paper is Docrafts Forever Friends Kraft notes, Memory Box banner with pearls and a few buttons to finish.
