I don't know about you but knowing every day you have so much time to spend at home I keep procrastinating thinking I will do that tomorrow. Mind you we have been doing lot of jigsaws and reading and I have been doing a lot of cross stitching, I am on to the backstitching on my latest picture so will have that finished soon.
So I have had a break from making cards and blogging for the last three days which means my head is full of ideas so I got in the craft room yesterday and made a couple of cards. I have used one of the new coloured simply prints from Lili of the Valley. This one is Racing by. The papers are some old Docrafts Mr Mister and I added some twine and metal embellishments. I am enjoying using up some of the stash I have had for years and since the lockdown have only bought a couple of dies in the sale at Dies at Die For.
Enjoy your Sunday x

Yes Marianne, Groundhog Day reigns here as well, an ongoing weekend when Monday ever arrives. We are having weekly quiz nights via Zoom, we can all see one another even if not in person and it helps and we can even have a laugh, not least at some of the questions the 'kids' come up with.
A super card for the lads today.

Goodness, tell me about procrastinating! It's now daily for me and by early evening I am so annoyed with myself for not doing even a little bit more!

Hi Marianne, your card is fabulous, and your choice of papers is brilliant, I love the image and your layout, Kate x
Do love the design papers you have used on this cute card. I am finding different things to keep me occupied outside of the craft room . Was shocked to see that there was only one tiny craft purchase on my credit card for April, the rest was food internet shopping and a trickle charger for the car which is now sitting on the drive unused.! We are certainly living in strange uncharted times. Hope you are safe and well.
Hugs Mrs A.
I am still a bit stuck on what day we are on, I am so used to a routine that I am totally ouy of it and have to remind myself just what day we are on a few times a day...
I love your card, the papers are perfect for this super cute design, I love the added embellies too, hugs Pops x
Oh I know the 'I'll do it tomorrow' feeling! I've been putting things off and my 'to do' list pile is ever growing!! But it's also nice just to enjoy the downtime too. LOVE your gorgeous card, I'm half way through colouring up this cutie, so seeing this has inspired me to crack on with it! I've done the hat and glasses, but was a little stumped from there, hehe. LOVE the cogs and fabulous paper combo too hun. Hope you're both well during these strange days. Hugs, Wends xoxo
