Scruffy Edward

I love the stamp of Scruffy Edward so when I saw that he was available as a cross stitch pattern I had to buy him.  I really loved stitching him, the easiest one I have done so far from the Little Stitchery, the cross stitch shop of LOTV. I used similar colours to the pattern for this one. It just needs framing now.

It seems funny that it is a Bank Holiday again on Monday when one day is much like another at the moment for those of us who don't work. We won't be going far as usual, just a click and collect order at Tesco on Monday. The beach scenes last weekend were horrendous. I can't believe that so many people are ignoring the social distancing advice. I would love a walk on the beach but not with those crowds. Stay safe everyone x

He's so cute Marianne and will look fabulous when frames.

It's very busy here too - lots of large groups on the beach and walking along the seafront and very few people keeping their distance. We keep away and walk along quieter inland tracks.

So beautiful Marianne, as always beautifully stitched.
Me too, apparently here in Scotland's Portabella beach near Edinburgh had the same problem. It's all stemming from the stupid advice from the Westminster Government, and folk are so frustrated at the lockdown it's as if they've forgotten how serious this virus is, stay safe, Kate x
