More sewing projects

I do love having some sewing projects to do whilst I am watching TV. Of course if I am watching something demanding my full attention like Poldark then the sewing doesn't get done. I bought a few of these embroidery hoops in Hobbycraft. The material comes from Dunelm and Crafter's Companion. I used two different Memory Box butterfly dies and used chain stitch for the bodies.

The first two sets of padded bunting I had on my stall sold on their first outing so I have been busy making some more. They take a while to hand stitch each diecut heart but I love making them.

What very pretty creations Marianne. Recorded Poldark but yet to actually watch either episode to see what Ross and Demelza have in store this time, but now it's a bit cooler might actually get round to catching up.

Gorgeous projects Marianne, love the bunting especially. I know what you mean about something for when you are watching the tv...I used to cross stitch but had to stop when my fingers got too bad and I really miss it. Every year I keep saying I want to learn how to crochet....maybe this year I might get around to it Lol

Absolutely gorgeous sewing makes Marianne, I love the butterflies, it's so pretty and makes a brilliant gift, the bunting is beautiful too, such pretty material.
Have never got into Poldark, strange as I love costume drama.
Something new to TV coming this month channel 4more, Outlander, been on Amazon Prime. From books by Diane Gabbaldon, you might like it. Full of costume, full of drama, and the hero.....well he's certainly mine, Kate x
