Ally Pally stash

I had a good day yesterday at Ally Pally though there weren't as many stands as usual and for the first time ever I came home with money, and not just a few pounds either! Such a shame that not so many companies are attending the show, a lot of which is down to cost I believe. When you don't have a good craft shop in Norwich other than The Range or Hobbycraft shows are a great place to look at everything. It is also lovely to meet up with fellow crafters and I met Sam Alpine for the first time which was lovely.

I stocked up on essentials like card blanks as my stock was very low.

A few stamps and some Copics.

Papers and embellishments. I really wanted some more new papers but they just weren't about this year.

Some of my favourite things, dies and at some great prices too.

It looks like a successful shopping trip! I went to Craft4Crafters in Exeter earlier this year and, although it's only a smallish show, I thought it was quite disappointing this year as there were a lot less craft stands and more stands selling cleaning materials, pots and pans, etc - not what I went to a craft show to see!

Glad you had a good time at Ally Pally - I did wish I could have gone but far too far. Think you may be right about the cost for the stall holders.

Seems that you have had a good day! How many lovely goodies you have bought! I have heard about this fair, it seems as an "English CHA"... In Italy there are some fairs in the year but all away from my town.

Fabulous collection Marianne. I love the Woodware stamp and the Tonic fairy door die.
How disappointing that there was the number of exhibitors that you had hoped for.
Enjoy playing with your goodies.

Glad you had a good day at Ally Pally. I went with 3 friends and we had a good time too. We were also surprised that there were far fewer stalls than usual. You certainly got lots of goodies. I look forward to seeing your makes with them all. Barbxx
