We had a lovely day yesterday. The reiki consultation and treatment was very interesting and I am feeling the benefit with my back already, just a general aching like I get after a massage. Then we visited a friend, went to the coast, had a lovely meal and saw the show. Back to the chores today and crafting and blogging later.
