The farmer's market and craft fair yesterday went really well and I sold lots of cards and had some great feedback with people asking if I would be there again as it is a fornightly market. I am booked in for the next one so hope that is as busy. First craft fair outing for yesterday's card and I sold it. I also bought some lovely fresh vegetables too and resisted all the delicious cakes and pastries. Quick update on the slimming, 9.5 lbs lost in 4 weeks on Slimming World which is a total of 12.5 lbs lost this year.

I popped on over to Jak Heaths blog this morning, & she has a picture of her hubby's weight loss. I showed my hubby & he was well impressed.
I have done slimming world before when it was Red & Green days, but now they do extra easy. I can't quite get my head round it!
