Lost in Music

Whew, after two sneak peek posts today I can now share I card I made this afternoon using one of the fabulous Simply Sassy images from Sugar Nellies. The papers are Bo Bunny Et Cetera. I love these papers which I distressed with my TH told and DI Vintage Photo. I've used a Kraft card base and duck egg blue Core'dinations for layering. The image has been coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers and edged in DI Broken China. I've added some punched musical notes, seam binding, die cut hearts and punched star and some buttons from Crafty Emma's tied with raffia. I had a thing for these buttons a while ago but haven't used them in ages. The raffia was a real find in The Works. A shop worth checking out as sometimes they have something good in their craft range. I got 10 different coloured bundles of fine raffia, some pearls and 10 tags and they were all 99p per pack.
Challenges:
The Sugar Bowl 3rd entry using this fab sketch and kraft option
ABC K is for Kraft
Paperplay Something old, something new (Old heart die, image and Promarkers, new seam binding and raffia)
Simon Says Anything Goes
One Stop Craft Button It
Crafty Calendar Spring Clean (Use something forgotten - buttons)
Totaly Papercrafts Song and Dance
Glitter Geeks Song Title (Lost in Music by Sister Sledge or I've got the music in me by Kiki Dee)

I will also be entering this into the Facebook Sugar Nellie colour challenge.
