Up the City

This is my second post today. I was going to post this tomorrow but may not get time until tomorrow evening so thought I would post tonight instead. A very unusual colour combo for me but yellow and green are the colours of Norwich City and as this card is to sell I thought I should use these colours. Maurice is a Pollycraft digi which I have coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers. I am loving these new Flexmarkers. I added glossy accents to his glasses and softened the edges with DI Frayed Burlap and distressed the edges of the back paper. Papers are Echo Park Walk in the Park, which are such lovely bright colours. I have used MS Cherish PATP punches on the green paper. The 3D football sticker was from an old sticker set. The green gingham ribbon is bordered by some brown suede strips which were saved from a clothes label.

Unusual colours but they work really well with the papers you've chosen. Love the detail of the stitching and the tiny holes and the buttons finish it off perfectly :)

Great card, that will be so popular around here. I often get asked for Ipswich cards too so that would be worth making the same but in blue & white. Love the banner. Thanks for joining us this week at Crafty Sentiments Designs.
