There's lots of Spring themed challenges out there and for my inspiration for the colour scheme for this card I chose the lovely lilac crocuses and the purpley blue hyacinths that are just coming into bud. This is one of my favourite Penny Black images and of course aother thing about Spring are the April showers. If all the showers were flowers that would be OK.

This is such a lovely card Marianne, a really sweet image and I love your choice of colours.
I always feel happier when the crocus and hyacinth start appearing, a good sign that spring is on the way.
