I was asked to make this card for a girl at work's 21st birthday. She is bright and bubbly so this stamp suits her perfectly. She also made some cakes for Comic Relief so I decided to add the cupcake which also fits in with the cake on the stamp. The perfect card for the Penny Black Celebration Challenge
